Nowicki’s Sausage Cooking Instructions

Nowicki’s Brats: All brats are fully cooked, brown them in a skillet with a tsp. of olive oil or butter, brown both sides about 10 minutes total. Using a grill, george foreman griddle or broiler are also good options, cook them hot and fast, which ever way you cook them to reach internally 165° for 1 second.                                                     

Nowicki’s Hawaiian Brats, Tuscan Chicken Brats, Smoked Jalapeno & Cheddar Brats, Spicy Cajun Brats & Philly Cheese Steak Brats …. are very lean and you should cook fast, you can lightly steam with sprinkle of water in your skillet with a lid on for a few minutes, before browning with lid off for a few minutes or if cooking on a grill, cook them hot and fast also about 10 minutes total.

Nowicki’s Salami or Landjaeger: both are fully cooked ready to eat just slice salami. Landjaeger eat whole or chop and put on a   party tray.

Nowicki’s Breakfast Bangers: fully cooked, brown and serve, just a little butter in your skillet medium/high heat for ten minutes or until golden brown.

Nowicki’s Fresh Polish Sausage: raw and must be simmered or baked about 1 hour until    internal temperature reaches 165° .

Nowicki’s Smoked Polish Sausage: smoked but not fully cooked must be simmered in water for 10-15 minutes and then browned in frying pan if desired. Or baked for about 30 - 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165° .

ALL sausages can be Frozen in their Package.
